Platinum for Digital Video Creation, Motion Graphics Information

MediaFace helped University Health Network (UHN), one of North America’s largest healthcare and medical research organizations in North America, reinvent its educational content. We transformed 200-page books into a series of 15 highly engaging animated videos that truly resonates with the audience. Using a story to draw the audience in, the animation features a highly detailed illustrative style, used to create a compelling and realistic world filled with characters that reflect the intended target audience. A crew of supporting characters is used to guide the four main characters through learning experiences about healthier lifestyle choices.

Gold for Information Website Production

MediaFace is the power behind The Learning Exchange (TLX). It is a professional development website for educators by educators. Before, best practices and innovative techniques would not travel beyond classroom walls – now educators everywhere can collaborate and learn from one another. Working with the Ministry of Education and Ontario Principals’ Council, MediaFace created and manages the site creating all of the web content from videos, animation, newsletters, podcasts, live web conferencing, banners to a range of event collateral. We also provide a robust social media strategy that includes listening, engagement and content creation.

Communitas Awards seal, presented to MediaFace for their work with Malachy's Soiree.

Communitas Awards

Malachy’s Soiree is a celebration meant to raise awareness about the good work being done at St. Michael’s Hospital’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The NICU is a leader in caring for women and their newborns, including those who are marginalized and struggling with challenges such as addiction and homelessness. Funds raised at this celebration help the NICU ensure all babies, regardless of postal code, start out on the same foot. MediaFace was entrusted with creating videos, graphic design, writing and developing and designing the website.
